Please be advised beginning May 27, 2025, Aulani Resort will offer room cleaning services every other day of a rental guests’ stay. This includes bed making, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathroom(s), kitchen/kitchenette and washing the dishes, removal of trash and towels, as well as replenishment of towels and amenities. Bed sheets are changed every four nights, or upon request. Guests may request daily housekeeping services with service beginning the following day. Housekeeping services are between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Please be advised the Waikolohe family pool, Waikolohe whirlpool spa, and Volcanic Vertical body slide will be unavailable from April 13 – May 8, 2026. During this time, We invite guests to make a splash at any of the other fun water features, including Waikolohe Stream lazy river, Ka Maka Pool & Grotto family pool, Keiki Cove children’s splash zone, Tubestone Curl tube slide, Menehune Bridge water play structure, several whirlpool spas, and the Ko Olina beach area. In addition, Wailana Adult Pool and ‘Alohi Point whirlpool spa will continue to be available for guests ages 18 and over to enjoy.
Guests may see or hear construction work, but noise should not be heard between dusk and 8:00 a.m.
Please be advised, from January 25 – 31, 2026, Aulani Resort will be welcoming a national television production. During filming, the television production will utilize a portion of Ko Olina beach at Aulani Resort. Aulani activities and amenities will continue to be available along the rest of the beach.
During the dates listed above, it is possible that guests may see or hear production taking place. While it is possible that guests may hear and see some setup, interviews, production and/or performances taking place, noise should not be heard between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
